What data we process
- Enquiry form: full name, phone number, email address (if provided), the chosen car and rental type, rental dates, the city, delivery time and address, and the message.
- Partnership form: full name, phone number, email address (if provided), the make and model of the car, its year and mileage (if provided), the city where the car is, and the message.
- Rating form: the star rating, the message and, if provided, your name and contact details.
- Phone or email contact: the data you give us in the conversation or message.
Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to your enquiry and preparing the rental contract at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Replying to your partnership enquiry about your car and preparing the partnership agreement at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- Reviewing ratings and comments and contacting you about them, which is our legitimate interest in improving our service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Establishing, pursuing or defending legal claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Recipients of data
Data may be shared with companies that provide services to us and process data on our behalf: the website hosting provider, the form handling provider that forwards form messages to our email inbox, and the email provider. They process data only on our instructions.
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Some service providers, for example for website hosting or email, may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. This is based on a European Commission adequacy decision or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and partnership data for as long as needed to reply and to conclude and perform the contract, and then until the relevant limitation periods for claims have expired. We keep rating form messages for as long as needed to review them, and then until the limitation periods for any claims have expired.

Providing data
Providing data is voluntary. Without the data marked as required in the form, however, we cannot reply to your enquiry or partnership request, or prepare the rental or partnership.
Automated decisions
We do not make automated decisions and we do not profile the people who use this website.
Cookies and technical data
This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. The server that hosts the website may record technical data in its logs, such as the IP address and the time of the visit, to keep the website secure and working properly.

This website contains links to other services, for example Google or WhatsApp. Once you follow them, the privacy rules of their operators apply.
